Walk through life blowing your own mind!
I've been down so many times. And thought others "should" have helped me. But it was only when I've allowed all my inner pillars to mature, to evolve, that I've started walking through life blowing my own mind. I've trained myself to become my "most wanted" person in my life. And the Universe started responding bringing me better opportunities, better relationships, better contexts for my soul to thrive in. I became the leader of my life. The writer of the story of my life. I became my very own Memories Teller. And this is how I work with my coaching clients.
Learning to Become an Original is like learning a new language
Discovering yourself is a process. Perhaps the most beautiful and most important one to go through.
The most successful program at Originals is the 6 months one. It is a journey of revealing what has been hidden, of building a space for you to learn to walk towards yourself, listen, understand and rebuild yourself. I guide you to (re)connect you to your body, helping you understand your symptoms, discover your metabolism and your specific eating patterns, your biorhythm and tailor a lifestyle more suitable for you. You come with your own goals and, as I get to know you, I add some new ones or help you reframe yours to make them more achievable.
You learn to become a safe space for yourself and others, to thrive as yourself and to navigate the ups and downs but always on the way up.
In the 6 months coaching program you learn that all the luxuries in the world are already in your heart and you build your life from this new found happiness.
The Original is the program where you learn to stand tall and proud as being yourself in EACH aspect of your life: as a parent, as a child, as a sibling, as an employee or entrepreneur, in a couple, sexually, financially or creatively. I love complex, powerful, enthusiastic humans. I love to see them happy and content with themselves. In the 6 months coaching program we embark on this beautiful process of teaching you that language of becoming yourself, of Becoming an Original.
